Processing time
We are preparing for launch. Processing times, supported destinations and delivery estimates will be confirmed before real orders open. Please do not rely on previous draft delivery estimates.

Current checkout rule: Free shipping is based on the merchandise subtotal before discounts. A valid free-shipping code also waives the $6 charge. Delivery dates are not yet promised.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at our customer support team (contact details will be published before launch) within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
